We were plumb tuckered out after an entire week of sun, surf, and sand on the East Coast. They were also, as I discovered to my surprise, BMX bikers as I was in my high school years. We all talked about the tricks we used to do, where we used to hang out, and the best moves we ever nailed. Well, since our road trip was one of the best, if not the best, vacations we’d all ever had, I wanted to make it special by giving them some sort of souvenirs.

I wasn’t flush with money at that point, but I was going to get a huge commission out of this foreclosed property sale I helped facilitate.
